Welcome to the HMIS Project Set Up Form Training. This training was completed by Shaelin, a member of the HMIS team at Kansas Statewide Homeless Coalition. This training is for those who may have questions while filling out our Project Set- Up form. It can be confusing at first, but it is very important that the HMIS team receives the correct project details for an easier time reporting on the project later.
